Sweetest Poison

For most of us the word "sweetest poison" means toxic relationships which abuse your love , care, confidence and give heartache till rest of your life . Sometimes, the person who is victim of sweet poison became a person of negativity and loveless stone. For an optimistic, he/she will feel their mistakes and move on with their lesson they learned from that relationship .   I am approaching the sweetest poison in a different way, which we are going to read in this blog. In my mind of thought, sweetest poison represent the love and friendship which may reciprocate our love and care or not. My sweetest poison kills the expectation to the being of loving and cared. It also rejects the thought of self-love and self-care. It may see as positivity on one side , but the person who only love others cannot be lived in the house of happiness . He/She became dark who can produce the lightness to others. Without the darkness , there is no light . The person who

Kaushik's Adventures Journey 1 - The Tejas Connection

This is  ‘Kaushik's Adventures’ blog where you can find all the facts and experiences of the Kaushik during its journey. Blogs are usually used to express views of authors in various fields. This blog ‘Kaushik's Adventures’ is proud to introduce our new author Kaushik. Let’s explore more about his experience in Trains

Trains were a fascination to me since my childhood days. Even the prospect of traveling in a train always made my mind whirl into a puff of excitement. I was lucky enough to be able to immerse myself into lovely train journeys across the length of this country, i.e to Chennai from New Delhi, when I was a kid during the vacations. I am proud to say that many fellow Indians feel the same way for Indian Railways. Vendors selling oily snacks and hot steaming tea at stations, picturesque Sceneries, the middle berth were all the part and parcel of Indian Railways. These childhood impressions were etched into my memories and bring up a smile of nostalgia upon my face.

Thus when Tejas express was announced, it was no surprise that it was a very quick decision to book the tickets for its inaugural run from Chennai to Madurai. This train is a world class model with very modest amenities such as automatic sliding doors, automated Venetian Blinds, built-in entertainment systems and a very satisfying legroom.

The train is decorated with stunning exteriors in a livery which was conceived for Tejas itself.
But I, as always was drawn towards the activity outside the windows than the insides. The train was hauled by a Royapuram WAP7 with a peak power of 7000 kW as the ‘7’ in the name suggests.
We departed dot on time and the train gracefully accelerated through the chengalpattu-Egmore suburban section at top notch speed of 98 kilometers an hour. It consistently clocked the above speed before it was eventually slowed down after tindivanam due to some impending track work. Time flew by as I was immersed in Indian countryside that fled past outside the window. The view of Chengalpattu lake was really great in the morning sun. It is a must see on this journey .
